Vendors that are interested in doing business with the State of Maryland and becoming an Emergency Supplier need to ensure that their firm is registered on the State of Maryland’s eProcurement system, eMaryland Marketplace Advantage, known as eMMA.  This system provides vendors with notification of all Maryland procurements $15,000 and over that are using the UNSPSC product codes that vendors have listed in their profiles as goods and/or services that they provide. 
 
Also, eMMA allows you to register your small business to become a Maryland certified small business to participate in the State’s Small Business Reserve (SBR) or Small Business Preference (SBP) programs and could be awarded contracts designated as SBR procurements.  Please see the links below for information on how to register on eMMA and other resources. 
 
 
 
 
 
Vendors who are currently on the Emergency Supplier list and want to update their company information should send an email to dgs.emergencysuppliers@maryland.gov.

Vendors who are interested in becoming an Emergency Supplier vendor should send an email expressing your interest to dgs.emergencysuppliers@maryland.gov
 
NOTE:  A request to be included as an Emergency Supplier vendor does not guarantee that the respondent will be included in any subsequent procurement.​
