Vendors that are interested in doing business with the State of Maryland and becoming an Emergency Supplier need to ensure that their firm is registered on the State of Maryland’s eProcurement system, eMaryland Marketplace Advantage, known as eMMA. This system provides vendors with notification of all Maryland procurements $15,000 and over that are using the UNSPSC product codes that vendors have listed in their profiles as goods and/or services that they provide.
Also, eMMA allows you to register your small business to become a Maryland certified small business to participate in the State’s Small Business Reserve (SBR) or Small Business Preference (SBP) programs and could be awarded contracts designated as SBR procurements.
