Vendor Training and Support
The State of Maryland is dedicated to facilitating an open and transparent procurement process that encourages businesses of all sizes to pursue contracting opportunities. To ensure all businesses have the opportunity to participate in the contracting process, the Office of State Procurement has developed training and support resources for organizations who wish to become vendors or who are current vendors in Maryland.
A variety of online resources are available to help vendors effectively use Maryland’s online procurement tool, eMaryland Marketplace Advantage (eMMA) to identify and pursue contracting opportunities.
